They make the biab on my real nails, nice form, quick, recommend cat eyes color which I never had before, that is magical. Their skill is amazing and professional, I so much love my Christmas nail, friends asked where had I done. Definitely I'll come back.
I got gel nails done here. It’s a very good price and my nails were done very quickly and very well but the woman who was doing my nails was coughing on my hands the whole time which just ruined the experience. She was lovely and admittedly did put a mask on midway through but still coughing all over my hands whilst doing my nails with no attempt to cover it was not very nice.
VLV is my go to nail salon in Bristol, my acrylics are always very durable and they are great at nail art! The man who did my nails recently recreated my reference picture brilliantly!
I have come to this salon a few times over the years and have usually dealt with a friendly man who always did a great job. Today, I felt extremely upset and confused with service I received (after also being treated very rudely in a salon round the corner in the morning). A young girl who seemed new was asked to deal with me and I made it clear I wanted a simple gel French manicure. She proceeded to look at my hands/nails like they were alien to her and kept jerking my arms towards her to pull me closer (I wasn’t far away and after years of having my nails done usually sit the same distance away). She was talking to a colleague clearly asking questions in a confused manner and they laughed which made me feel very uncomfortable. After more lacklustre filing and marvelling my normal nails it got to the point where I had to ask if there was a problem with length as I thought that could be the issue with doing a French tip. This has not ever been a problem anywhere before. She replied no and said I was to do with the corner of my nail which seemed odd. She seemed very inexperienced and the behaviour was extremely rude although I don’t think she realised this was the vibe it was giving off. I didn’t feel confident she knew what she was doing at all. The whole thing made me feel uncomfortable, upset and judged (for no reason!) so I left feeling pretty upset as I don’t like to appear difficult and working in a similar industry myself which is customer facing. Will not be returning which is a shame as always had good experiences before.
Just walked in today for extensions. l showed them the photo and they said they could do it and they killed it. I didn’t get the man’s name but he did a fabulous job at my nails. He was incredibly meticulous when shaping my nails and is incredibly skilled in design. My french tips and flower design are so perfect :)) cutest nails ever
My go to nail place! Perfect nails every time, amazing quality they last for weeks - they’re super talented here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else :)
They can be really rude. They have shouted before and ignored me before. They don't listen when I've told them what length nails i wanted. I've left 3 times now, feeling really disappointed in my nails.
Been visiting for a while for acrylics and infills, they do a brilliant job every time and spend so much time getting everything perfect.
