They were severely ill prepared for the amount of luggage we told them several times that we were bringing. When we called to explain the issue we were told we needed to stop moaning. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, we are very disappointed.
NO SYMPATHY AND MUCH EXPENSE If you want a wheelchair accessible company do not use this company. Took elderly man with Motor Neurone Disease to a rugby match at 6.30 last night then having dropped him and carer they rang at 8.30 to say no return trip available (even though booked earlier in the day) as they don’t do this transport after 7pm. Eventually said they would send a large car for pick up at 10pm. 20 mins late then driver offered no help with person or helping to put wheelchair in the boot. Very unpleasant and upsetting experience when it should have been an enjoyable evening. NO STARS but apparently it will not post unless you give a star!
Excellent service, the driver arrived early, which was great, clean car and a very nice driver. Will use them again.
Booked cars over a period of time , efficient and drivers arrived before time clean cars office staff are very helpful
If I could put zero stars, would have done that. Unprofessional and rude booking staff, but most importantly unreliable. Firstly, I never gave postcode of NW6 6NA, and I'm more than happy for you to contact me to provide a recording to confirm this. The destination was a well known address to me, so, despite my agreement with you that mistakes do happen, this wasn't the case on the day. Secondly, I'll also stand by my review because, despite my conversation with your office on the day and being reassured that an additional charge incurred would be reimbursed immediately as a token of Premier's regret on the situation, that never happened.
Don’t use for airport pickups. Always an issue that leaves the person arriving waiting in the cold car park for at least 30 mins due to lack of communication and initiative.
Even though i told the booking office i was carrying ski equipment, driver shows and said i need a larger car, even though my bag for in with a folded down seat and says i got to pay extra £15 from the quoted price. Just ridiculous, i will avoid using them again.
Needed to get to hospital in Central London for op..during train strikes. Organised Cab on phone night before..sent text with all links to my phone. Got text 30 minutes before Shahid arrived. Excellent service and excellent quality of driving. Paid very simply at end. Price charged was as quoted. I have downloaded App for future as Uber is not reliable if you have to get into central London from Greater London in am.. Paid for peace of mind and got it at every level. Well done and thank you. Will be using again.
We booked a taxi from chessington to Shere with return journey. The driver, Ravi arrived exactly on time for both outbound and home journey. He was polite and friendly and was happy to wait for us as our Christmas party was running a little late. Vanessa in the office was very helpful and we received text and email contact throughout. I would definitely recommend Premier minicabs, the price was competitive and service was excellent.
