   I recently had biab on my natural nails at Creation Nails and also had them removed at Creation Nails, by one of the guys of which I don’t know their name, around 2 weeks ago. I am not one to complain, however, I usually have really strong nails and after the state they have left them in I have to say something. The day after having the biab removed, my nails had become extremely red and sore I couldn’t even put them in water because of the amount of pain I was in. It felt like they were burning. After doing my research, I had come to find out the filing in the removal process was done way too harsh and it is going to take months for my nails to go back to their natural strength. The week after and even still now, 3 weeks after, I have scabs under every nail and have deep indents of the file on every nail. My nails are now extremely weak and extremely damaged. I could’ve taken them off myself with less damage, however trusted that paying someone who should know what they are doing would have a better outcome. I wouldn’t recommend, won’t be coming back here.

   By the time my nails have finished, it looked very cute! The employer’s skill is very good and it impressed me alot! I really appreciate that. The service there is great too. If there is a chance, i would like to come back for more nail arts!

   I came to England to travel and it was amazing! Been to many nail studio but this one is the best so far. The employer was friendly and enthusiastic. I really enjoyed the time i had there. The nail art really going above my expectations! Will coming back if there is a chance.

   Recently been coming to this nail salon since I moved to the area, I had already been recommended the place by a friend and so glad I came here, lovely lady and man always remembers me and asks how I am, nails always last and I ALWAYS gets compliments and the best thing is nothing to much trouble for them. Highly recommend

   Constantly so amazed at the finish of my nails, going above my expectations always! Also, there’s nothing the technicians can’t do, giving the best advice and always honest. I’d also like to add that my nails always look just as good two weeks or more after. Highly recommended.
