    The ladies working here are very rude. No acknowledgment of the customer, talking continuously in their own language about customers and laughing. The lady doing my nails was very rude when I asked for an extra layer as the colour was very thin and see through. She stated that I was wrong to want another layer and that it is better without then laughed and talked in her language AGAIN. Both ladies ignored me when I said bye and thank you as I left. Very rude and discriminatory behaviour towards customers. Poor quality products used, painful use of nail tools, and no care with nails. Will not go here again!

    I have been using the service more than 2 years and feeling appreciated because technicians are consistently giving the best service at reasonable prices. They have a variety of colours and always give the most honest advice for the best results. Among them, White Tip nail design for Autumn was super incredible.     Lovely nail service but was put off by repeatedly being laughed at for having ‘cut my nails so short’. Was told next time I should come with longer nails-when asked why…she basically told me because it looks better with the colour?! Says who? I like my nails short!

    This place is a rubbish.The reason is staff can’t communicate in English properly, so when we wanted to get proper service what we exactly needed with lack of their English knowledge it’s going to be harder.Last week one of my friend has done some eye brow waxing from this place and the lady who has done hasn’t do the job properly.As she mentioned the other all the salons after finished eyebrow waxing they do shaped by rest using threading to looks nice.But the lady who has done the eyebrow here just waxed and finished. She said she will not recommend this place again and staff is not helpful or any friendly. The prices also can’t see any reasonable.Because sometimes honestly can find few lower prices some of the services(especially nails)in the salons in the centre than here.

    The shellac I was kind of disappointed in- it looked bumpy, with some visible streaks. Gaps were left on the edge that I had to ask to be filled in. Nice colour selection but not a great application.

    Pedicure was ok, really disappointed by the quality of the shellac used on my nails, it faded on the bottom half of all my nails within a week of having it applied. Terrible, now going to have to pay to get it removed by another nail salon.
