   I had an excellent experience at this nail salon. From the start, everything was super professional. I had an appointment, and they sent me reminders ahead of time — very well-organized and thoughtful. The technician who worked on my nails was incredibly professional. Since I don’t have much experience with acrylic nails, I let him take full control, and I’m so glad I did. He constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the process and the results. The final look was spectacular — the nails came out so fine and natural-looking that you can’t even tell they’re acrylics. The service was quick but very thorough. He took time to check the sizing, shape, and every little detail. I left very impressed. As for the price, the quality absolutely matches. I still need to see how long they last over time, but for now, I’m beyond happy with the result. I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for professionalism, attention to detail, and top-notch service.

   I’ve been living in Bristol for 4 years now and have tried many nail salons through the years, but always left having a not great experience (staff were rude, colours weren’t what I wanted, too expensive, etc). Kelly’s Nails truly trumps all of them. I found this salon in February and have been regularly coming ever since. This is the best salon in Bristol; I’ve never felt more welcome, Helen and her husband are so kind and always create a positive atmosphere. Their ability to design and deliver the best nails you could have envisioned is unmatched! Each set I get is better than the last. And the best part is that it’s reasonably priced too, and the service is stellar. I’ve enjoyed the pedicure service, gels, acrylic extensions and gels with designs— one of my favourites has been the magnetic cat eye polish! I got so many compliments on it. I really cannot recommend this family business enough.
