   Choose the staff who knows what they’re doing. I liked the previous manicures I had with this shop. The younger male i think was practicing on my nails, manicure is okayish decided to try pedicure this time and totally wasted my money. I can clean and shape my nails better. Shops should also consider their staff etiquette, they should be conversing in English when customers are in, not in their native language.

   Genuinely so happy to have found this lovely nail shop open on a BH weekend (Sunday) with my holiday fast approaching. The best pedicure I’ve ever had, not at all rushed and a great result. Also had gel powder extensions with hand painted skinny tips. The owner gave me a free bottle of hand cream, a lovely touch, such a great experience - Thank you! Xx

   Awful service asked for short nails was told no.thumbs like shovels. All different lengths.overpriced £50 for 4 nails to have a snow flake on.asked for french tip on toes got a line instead.asked for french tip on nails got triangle instead.got given 2 year gone off hand cream as a Christmas gift. Would have given 0 star if possible. Couldn’t understand enough English to even get what i wanted. was in an out in an hour for hands and feet rushed service.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

   Please please please avoid this nail salon, I cannot begin to explain the pain I have been left in!! THE MAN DOING MY NAILS PULLED MY ACRYLICS OFF USING HIS OWN NAILS!! I’ve been using this salon for years but recently it has gone really downhill. The past few times I have left with cuts on my hands from slips with the drill. Yesterday I went to have acrylic/shellac infills and my nails had started to lift because I had left it too long between appointments (completely my fault). Instead of soaking the nails off like every other nail salon, I had my nails ripped off and I cannot even begin to explain the pain I have been left in. Please avoid, there are lots of other nail salons nearby with the same prices but much better and safer service.

   This was probably the worst nail salon me and my friend have ever been to. The guy who started mine had absolutely no clue what he was doing, he cut my skin around my nail, was shaking, the other guy was okay but still put the acrylic on uneven and filed the paint off the edges on the end. The vibe was not there, they both filed our nails down way shorter than we wanted, the facilities were cheap, there was no soap, honestly don’t go here.
