Had my nails done yesterday! They was busy and yet still fitted me in straight away ! I’m absolutely in love with nails and very lovely customer service!
It was my first time visiting today as I have recently moved locally, and I can honestly say it was one of the best nail experiences I’ve had in Bristol. The attention to detail and care taken were fantastic, prices are very reasonable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. I also saw a recent review mentioning rude staff and a pricing issue. By coincidence, I was in the salon when that customer came back in, and what actually happened was very different. The staff remained calm, polite, and professional, while the customer was unnecessarily rude and offensive. Please don’t let that review put you off.. my own experience was excellent, and I’d highly recommend visiting.
I’ve been coming to top nails sandy park for the past 2 years always satisfied The staff is also very friendly And always make a fuss of my children when they come with me As a lot of salons wouldn’t .
The environment was super chilled, me and my friend love the final outcome! Polite staff and a wide selection of gel colours. £20 for acrylic set, £30 with gel colour

I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop at all, my nails are thick and crooked. I complained on several occasions about how they looked. The man said he fixed them and they still look bad. They did everything I didn’t ask for. Please avoid
booked in for full set of acrylics-normal colour. Turned up to my appointment and had to wait a long time-i picked a colour as they informed- whilst he did my nails he was squeezing my fingers so hard his nails was cutting my skin, he filed my nails so much it cut the sides of my fingers. At the end they charged me £30. I was told on the phone it’s £20, and he proceeds to tell me it’s gel colour that i got. i’m not a nail expert, so i don’t know the difference in varnish and gel. When i came in they don’t make it clear what’s gel and what’s polish- this is so they can do exactly what they did to me- and get more money out of people! They didn’t apologise for this, so i had to bank transfer another £10. Never coming to this place again, bad lack of communication and my nails are all completely odd shapes!
I would not recommend this salon! I had my nails done for the first time in there a couple of weeks ago and within a day a lot of my nails were chipped. I went back and they redid them for me. Since then they have chipped, snapped off and will need another completely new set instead of infills. I have been to other top nail salons and not had any issue and been happy with my nails but this salon they do not do them correctly. I phoned up and explained and they said there is nothing they can do.
