   Manager and colleague were extremely helpful and accommodating. Recently rescued a dog and bought a certain dog food by mistake and opened it by accident. Staff swapped it over for us without any hassle to the correct one we required. Communication was excellent and great quality service provided.

   Lots to see and plenty if pet supplies, I do find them rather expensive for food for pets. I'm sure whatever your looking for your pets you will find it there. There is a vets inside too.

   I had a fantastic experience on the phone with a woman named Joanne I’m sure it was, (only woman able to sell flea treatments) she gave amazing customer service and helped talk me through how I can treat my pets that are under and over weight and guided me to the correct one. Never had an employee help me and be so caring towards me as a customer . 5 fat stars from me, thank you!

   Absolutely amazing place! Me & my partner purchased two male gerbils from here and the staff could not have been more helpful. We have been every week since purchasing our two boys (Daenerys & Tyrion) & the staff have taken the time to remember us and ask us about our little guys! Today we went and wanted to buy sunflower seeds as they absolutely love them, although our boys normally eat the striped seed they only have all black seeds & the member of staff gave us a HUGE pick & mix bag for free to take home and try with the boys. Amazing place would highly highly recommend.
