Brilliant little place for pet supply's and if you like your birds left here with 2 amazing pets my wee beautiful conure called kiwi and my little gold axolotl called sunny staff a brilliant and always happy to help also help me rehome my mother in-laws little parrot pop in and have a visit you won't be disappointed
Fantastic local pet shop, friendly staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our Border Collie Monty loves to visit and he is always well looked after. Prices very fair, please try to shop local and support a small business. Highly recommended.
We spotted an absolutely gorgeous yellow sided turquoise green cheek conure on their facebook page and fell in love! unrealistically we approached this pet store and asked if they deliver (would be the length of scotland almost! and we fully expected the answer to be no) they went out of their way to secure a reputable livestock courier for us and we got her a week later in perfect condition and cheeky as ever! absolutely in love with her and we couldnt be happier. Great shop been coming here for years! Great choice of products and the best animals! We've bought our veiled chameleon, leopard gecko and our kakariki bird from here! The knowledge of the team is spot on and it's always the warmest welcome! Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Shop pretty untidy. Fish area was to be avoided. And staff knowledge on the product i needed was non existent, but was in stock , she just had no idea what it was, poor. Needs a good shake up
I have reccomended this lovely shop to everyone I know. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about animals and are so welcoming, nothing is a bother to them. They will give you advice and help you with anything you need to know, the staff are honestly so pleasant, shout out to millie who is absolutely adorable too :) I will 100% continue to use this little shop.
The whole experience from browsing, ordering and taking home our animals was incredible. The kindness shown by all 3 members of staff we dealt with was a true delight and the knowledge given was unmatched. Karen, Sharon and Brooke kept everything simple yet still explained everything in detail to ensure the animals were cared for. Thank you all so much!
We've purchased our hamster here back in november. we couldn't be more happy, he's so smart, sweet and beautiful. We had hamster in the past purchased in pets at home but she was very stressed and not healthy. You can clearly see that animals in this shop are treated so good and the breeders they get their animals in are very responsible breeders. I would definetly shop here again and reccomend it!
