   Update in response to company’s comment: I stand by my review. The payment link they refer to did not work, and I was pressured to pay a higher amount via Revolut under threats that my partner could not leave the car. She was extremely distressed. Their own controller later called me to apologise and admitted he had been wrong — a fact they have chosen not to include. This matter is now under police investigation for the criminal offences involved, and also under investigation by TfL for multiple breaches of regulations. We hope their operator’s licence is revoked soon. Readers can see for themselves that there is no apology here, only defensive, generic language. It is also worth noting the company offers 20% discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews before travel, which explains the suspiciously positive ratings (including some under the names of staff). I would strongly caution others before booking. I had used this company for many years, but after my recent experience I will never use them again. Their payment system was not working, so the driver demanded cash, which my girlfriend did not have. She asked if I (her boyfriend) could pay by card over the phone or via a secure link, but they refused. Their links didn’t even work, and instead they forced me to send money via Revolut -completely unprofessional and unsafe. The driver then refused to let her leave the car and made threats if we didn’t pay a higher rate, justifying extra charges because he arrived early and claiming this was somehow our fault. On top of this, Sebastian from the company was screaming and yelling at her over the phone to pay immediately. She was terrified and begged me to pay, so I had no choice but to send the money so she could get out safely. After I paid, the driver abandoned her luggage and drove off. Later, Sebastian personally called me to apologise and admitted his actions were wrong, but he still stood by his belief that he is entitled to lock a passenger in a car, force them to pay a higher rate, and not let them leave until payment is made. Regardless of what he believes, this is illegal behaviour. This is not just bad service - it is extortion, false imprisonment, and effectively kidnapping. We are now working with TfL to have their licence reviewed/removed or fines imposed, and with the police to pursue criminal charges against Sebastian. Since this incident, I have read other recent reviews and seen similar complaints from customers about broken payment links, being pushed to pay cash, and refusing to use them again. This is clearly a pattern, not a one-off. This company poses a serious safety risk to the public. Avoid them at all costs.

   Clean adapted vehicle. Unfortunately driver allocated was inexperienced using electric winch to clamp down wheelchair user correctly. Drove too fast on motorway and turned up an hour late on return journey without notifications! I was prompt via email requesting a review offering discount on next journey. However unsurprisingly that marketing agency issues discounts for those with only positive reviews !!!

   After six years of using 247 Airport Transfer I’m done. I booked a transfer with a confirmed booster seat for my daughter. It wasn’t there. As a result she had to sit unsafely using only part of a seatbelt. The driver’s aggressive style made her vomit twice which has never happened before. The car sent was labelled an estate but barely fit our luggage. One bag had to be placed in the front seat and we were completely squeezed into the back. Despite me measuring the bags exactly per their guidelines I was told they were EU sized not UK which is a ridiculous excuse. The driver was indifferent showed zero empathy and even forgot our cabin bag in the front seat. No apology no basic service attitude. To add to this • The payment system didn’t work. I had to chase them via WhatsApp for a link • The tracking system failed. No driver contact no updates. I waited until 2:10 AM not knowing if anyone would show up The company’s response downplayed everything behind excuses and offered a goodwill refund. I didn’t need a refund. I needed reliable service. I’ve recommended this company to many. That stops now. You will get better value service and reliability from Uber or Bolt at half the price.

   Our driver Cos was the most excellent driver! Extremely professional, friendly, very interesting to talk to. He drove through the City very carefully and was absolutely on time for our pickup and drop-off at Heathrow. It was my first visit to the UK and he was quite interesting to talk to and I really enjoyed having him answer my many questions and comments! The car was beautiful, clean and comfortable and drove like a dream. The company prides itself on its timeliness, courtesy and safety in thick London traffic and it shows. We loved the conversation, but the company & drivers make it known that if you'd prefer quiet that's absolutely fine. Either way you'll enjoy the ride. We couldn't be happier with Cos and the company and hope he is our driver when we return!

   I recently used an MPV taxi transfer services to travel from Heathrow Airport to Ibis Hotel, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with your service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and hassle-free. The driver was punctual and arrived at the airport ahead of time. He was very courteous and helpful with my luggage, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing journey after a long flight. I recommend them!

   Avoid at all costs! Booked for 6:15, arrived at 6:45. 30mins late!!! Was for my sons urgent surgery in Central London Hospital. Driver was unprofessional on arrival and non apologetic in a scruffy vehicle. I Refused to accept the drive and informed i got an uber coming as i was not happy and running late due to them and was unsure when they were arriving so couldn't risk waiting. Driver got aggressive causing a public dispute. In the end Uber was cheaper and cleaner vehicle with a more professional driver.

   *DANGEROUS DRIVER ALMOST KILLED US* Unfortunately a very unsafe driver for our trips to and from Heathrow to South London. He almost caused three collisions during the return drive. He just never signalled or looked in his mirror before switching lanes and we would have been crushed by an articulated lorry if I had not have shouted at him to swerve. I was jetlagged and didn’t want to have to be in terror for the journey. I’d advise not booking incase you get this driver. Otherwise, the service seemed okay in terms of online booking, communication, price, driver turning up on time, texting to arrange a place to meet - however the driver’s attitude was unfriendly, harassed and rude. Shame it’s let down by driving so bad they shouldn’t be on the road.

   I booked this company to travel to my wedding. Booked for 12:45, and no one turned up. When I called the driver I was supposed to have he said he was 20 minutes away, was extremely rude to me and said it was not his problem. I then called the main phone number and they told me they didn’t know why I wasn’t informed the driver was late. I was late for my wedding and extremely stressed on what should have been a happy occasion.
