He drove through the City very carefully and was absolutely on time for our pickup and drop-off at Heathrow. The car was beautiful, clean and comfortable and drove like a dream. The company prides itself on its timeliness, courtesy and safety in thick London traffic and it shows. We loved the conversation, but the company & drivers make it known that if you'd prefer quiet that's absolutely fine. Either way you'll enjoy the ride. Tony explained the whole process to me so I felt quite comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I have had previous cars that have been repaired by other garages where you can tell there's been some sort of repair, but this time the car looks amazing with nothing to suggest there's been a repair.
