   Our shipment from London arrived on time — unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say. Most furniture was delivered in shockingly poor condition: torn wood, melted tape stuck to bare surfaces, and stains on fabric. The “careful handling” we were promised clearly didn’t make the journey. After weeks of silence and no resolution, the case has now been forwarded to the UK and Greek consumer authorities for review. It seems Mondial’s idea of “professional service” ends the moment they get paid.

   They don’t deserve one star as they misled us to believe our things would be dispatched before we left the UK, two months on we are still waiting our things should be with us by now for sure, each time we called the reply was either following week or the next day. In the end we called Andrews Shipping to serve us a good service instead. Absolute disaster also we have had to re-buy items we already have, due to the bad service Modial practice. Would never recommend this company!

I had some boxes and some furniture including a mirror and everything arrived at a very good condition. I would definitely recommend them as they were very helpful and took the stress out of my move.

   I had a very good experience, keeping in mind they are a family style business, not Allied Pickfords, whom I have also used on my various international moves and were no better. I used Mondial and brought my mum s household over to the UK and then same when she moved out back again four years later. Also brought over lots of other personal belongings and furniture for our different homes and it has always been well priced, very modest in calculating volumes and happy to wait extra time for deliveries and advise. Nothing arrived damaged or affected in any way, I had paperwork promptly and goods came timely. I only wished they had a local distribution in a good price as it would cost more to have goods delivered from their warehouse to Central London than to send them abroad...
