Our dog is showing signs of entering her first season. I told them to be careful with her. I would have happily stayed with her; she's a very small dog. They were no help and talked to me as if my dog had the plague. I waited over two months for this appointment. I will never be back; they have a terrible attitude and are so unhelpful.
Absolutely shocking attitude from the alleged manager, she could benefit from going on a customer care course I’m glad i never fulfilled my appointment with them if they speak to their customers in an aggressive manner god only knows how your pet is treated would not touch this place with a barge pole.
Yes,it is the same dog. I am too angry to say any more other than if you want your dog shaved into the skin go to The Groom Room. I didn’t recognise my wee dog when I got her back and was too shocked to even complain. Shaved to her pink skin and no styling to her face. Just all her facial hair randomly chopped. Unbelievable! It was said that some areas were matted so that gave the green light to shave. Beware!! My wee dog has been traumatised since her appointment. Wouldn’t want another pet to go through the same ordeal. First thing I had to do was buy a dog jumper to stop her shaking. Sad state of affairs.
Excellent groomers, they have a lovely manner and our two dogs always come out looking amazing. They are a Giant breed ( Russian Black Terriers ) and the groomers deal very well with such large dogs ! Thoroughly recommend The Groom Room.
Very well done to the groom room, my bearded collie was a challenge and they really stepped up, so many thick horrible ,uncomfortable mats as he wouldnt let us near him and we think he was embarrassed by it. Got him back after 2 hours and what a difference in attitude and appearance a very happy dog. Very attentive and advisable groomers who really knew what they were doing. Can't reccommend highly enough.! And I don't give accolades very often.!
Great, hard working staff who are very welcoming, professional and helpful. Both my dogs love going for their spa day there and animals always have great instincts. The staff take great care of my girls and always look and smell beautiful once they've had their pampering. Would highly recommend them.
