   Went in today with a view to buy a baby snake but unsure what variety. The girl at the counter was fantastic. So knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I got the right snake. She even brought a few through to hold and get used to. I eventually opted for a wee hog nose. So cute. Would recommend this place to everyone. So clean and the animals look very well cared for. So for reptiles, amphibians or arachnids, look no further and go to Proexotics folks

   Was in the shop for the first time on Saturday to buy our first horsefield tortoise. The young girl we spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly. She helped us so much as we are first time tortoise parents. I would highly recommend this shop if anyone is thinking of starting a reptile family. Will 100% use this shop again.

   I have been here a few times and have bought a juvenile tarantula and a lizard, nothing to complain about as the staff are friendly and gives you as much information on the animal as possible. Replies quickly on messenger when you have questions and are always willing to help where they are able to.

   Got myself and my wife a new royal python. First thing i called the shop and mellisa answered she was so helpfull and easy to speak to. I know a fair bit about reps snakes ect but i dont know it all like these guys she helped me with a few things before purchasing. I spoke to william earlier and said that they had a lovely selection of royal pythons in from babys to yearlings. So i went over and mellissa braught all the royals out for me to see and told me a bit about each of them. Then said there was some through the back first one she braught out was a high white pied 6 months i think cant mind but she was beutifull decided to buy her great price for her aswell. Got some bits n bobs mellissa got her well wraped for her journey home. I called later that day amd ended up buying a new viv there was a slight issue with the 3ft vivs. Mellissa called me straight back and explained and offerd me a 4ft for the same price i accepted and picked it up later that day. She helped me to the car with the viv and other bits i baught. Next day i had a few questions i asked william and he was more than happy to help me with my issues i was having gave me some advice about a heat matt ect. I have beem going here for a long time and i have always found the staff very knowlegable and friendly. I cant fault one thing with the service i habe recieved here. Thank you so much And the new shop is looking amazing. Keep up all the hard work you guys do. Dont change a thing.
