   Absolutely dreadful and unreliable service. After using this cab company for a few weeks, I am beyond frustrated. I am routinely charged an outrageously high fare, ranging from £25 to £45 for the same route, and every single trip has a different price. The complete lack of transparency is outrageous. The office blames the driver for the pricing, but in reality, the phone operators are the ones setting the rates. This is not just confusing; it’s deceitful and unprofessional. A reputable cab company should offer consistent, fair pricing. Instead, this company thrives on inconsistency, excuses, and a total lack of accountability. I have lost all trust and will never use them again. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company if they want honesty and reliability.

   Absolute rubbish! Ordered taxi around 2am when taxi arrives gave me quote £10 more than the quote given to me on the phone still I accepted as it was late and raining but He then kept insisting I pay him in cash in advance which office didn’t tell me about! And I never been asked to pay taxi in advance in my life so didn’t get this!! Driver then decides to pull over and drop me and my friend in a remote dark road far from Main street and away from transport options in the pouring rain! That was disgusting behaviour and completely needless even when I reported this to the office they were not the slightest apologetic about their bad service! But then they start prank calling me!! Totally weird

   We have used this company twice in the last fortnight for travel to Stansted Airport. They texted me when the drivers were on way and when they were outside. Drivers were very friendly and helpful with my elderly father travelling alone. The controller was extremely helpful and pleasant. Cabs were clean and comfortable. They may not be the cheapest around but were definitely professional and dependable.

   Ordered a large vehicle in advance to take us to Gatwick 3 pick-ups, 7 suitcases, the driver was swift and helpful. We got there fast in a shorter time, on a day with train strike disruption. I would use this cab station again. Happy with our service, nice driver!
