“Mr Ruffles had come recommended and so we booked him with a Super hero theme for our son’s 4th party and our expectations were surpassed. All of the children (and adults!) loved the entertainment. Mr Ruffles was engaging, comical and full of energy keeping the children entertained for the full 2.5 hour booking with dancing, magic, activities and more. Our son can be quite shy at parties but Mr Ruffles had him engaged and participating with joy and delight from start to finish. Wed book Mr Ruffles again in a heart beat.”

“OMG!! We had the best Lego themed party for 7 years old. Luke deserves more than 5 stars… excellent communication, arrived early,very flexible, and super energetic. The kids were tired (in a good way) in the first hour with lots of active games outside, but also enjoyed creating Lego objects and sharing their ideas to friends. No wonder why Lucas gets outstanding feedbacks!! I would choose Brilliant birthdays again, their responses were very friendly and prompt. Thank you so much”

“Mark was the DJ at our wedding. Not only did we have lots of fun visiting his studio and discussing music options with him (and finding out we have a shared passion for Star Wars!) but on the day he was fantastic. The set up looked brilliant, he had our guests up dancing, the children entertained. He also took some amazing photos on the day which we love to look over. Mark is very reliable, friendly always smiling and really added to our special day. We certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. We had a fantastic night which we will always remember. “I have eaten a lot of pizza across the whole of London over the last 10 years and Sorrento In is genuinely the best I've had. This is judged on a margherita which in my opinion allows the most important ingredients shine through and Sorrento In's does exactly that. The tomato sauce is next level along with the taste of the dough. Closest I've had to traditional Italian pizza in London - simple as that. I'll be back, obviously!”

“We had my daughters 1st birthday party here a few weeks ago and everything was organised for us, from the decor, to the food, the invitations and the party bags. All we had to do was provide a cake. The food for the kids were a bit basic and there wasn't much choice but this was not a huge problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they had communicated everything with me before hand via email (very responsive) so we pretty much knew what to expect. Everything was organised well on the day and they fulfilled any requests I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I liked the fact they have a no shoes policy so the place was really clean, perfect for kids to crawl around. The venue is great for kids and pretty well thought out. All the kids that attended had a great time. I would definitely return for some stay and play sessions and have already booked for the santas grotto.”

It felt quite out of place and the direct route from Whitechapel tube station feels quite dodgy especially at night. Some great food places around the area though.”

“Our family booked The Hammer In Hand for a wake yesterday. Staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Prices were extremely reasonable and the food served was fresh with a great variety of rolls. The whole day was made so much easier with the great service we received from everyone there. Thank you. “I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”
