   I am usually quite cautious about where to go for threading, having had bad experiences before. This is my second time coming to Lili following their great reviews on my first visit and I left feeling impressed again. I haven’t ever had a threading appointment where someone has given more than 5 minutes of attention to your eyebrows. It really makes you feel in safe hands. Highly recommend for threading services

   I got acrylic nails with a French tip for my brother’s wedding. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The result was disappointing – the nails were messy around the cuticles, the design looked unprofessional, and some cuticles were even bleeding on the day. Within a week the nails had already lifted and gaps were showing. For a wedding, I expected much higher standards, but instead I was left embarrassed by the result. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for acrylics based on my experience.

   I have had a bad experience with this salon, but left 2 stars for the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I booked a mani and pedi at Lili London a week ago. All pictures have been taken today, one week post mani /pedi at Lili. The gel on my feet started peeling 36h after having it done. I called the salon and they kindly offered to fix it. The lady who attended me that day was quite rough with the buffing and hurt my skin when redoing the prep. She also badly cut my big toe nail, resulting in excruciating pain (I have attached a photo of my toe today, pain still very much there and skin has turned purple)… As per the manicure, it has clearly also not been done properly the first time around but the technician didn’t have time to slot me in to redo them and claimed I was going to be fine, despite me showing them that the gel was lifting in some places. Fast forward to today, a week later, most of the nails have chipped and I have had to book somewhere else to have them taken off entirely… I would not recommend Lili London sadly, as this experience has resulted in a lot of stress. Without even mentioning the fact that I have had to pay to have them removed after only a week!

   This review is long overdue. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 6 months and I’ve always left so, so happy. Lili is amazing—she has incredible skills and expertise. She gives great advice but also listens to what you want and makes sure it gets done exactly how you like it. Her team is also lovely—always finding time to fit me in, even when I make last-minute requests. More than once, I’ve booked one service and added two more on the spot, and they always made it work! There are so many 5-star reviews for a reason—Lili and her team truly are fantastic.

   Came in for a wash, haircut, and blow dry for long, wavy hair. My appointment started right on time and the stylist paid close attention to cutting my hair and getting the layers just right. Easy online booking with straightforward pricing. The salon is also very clean. I recommend this salon and will return when I’m in the area again.

Lili was considerate and made sure that all my hair needs were met, and she was patient with my hesitation - even giving me advice on how to style and look after my hair in the future.    So I checked this place out cos I thought let me treat myself as one should. This was first and last time ever I would be going here. Why you ask? Well first the rude admin staff asking if I wanted my eyebrows done. I looked at her in disbelief and said no I’m here to get my nails done. Secound I came early thinking I would be seen earlier. Oh boy was I wrong. I had the nail artist she was good till she was forced to rush it by the admin staff. And then less than a few days later my nail popped off which was unfortuate. I went to get my nail fixed and then I don’t know what happened. Nail artist seem like in a bad mood or something but it completely turned out thinner than the usual one. I would of rather she used the old one than make a whole completely new one it was such a joke. Here are the nails photo to prove it. Utter rubbish I won’t be coming back here again. Already looking for a new salon. Update this place is clearly terrible even from the response below. My nails popped off again and bleed so much I had to go to A and E. Especially with their reply below avoid this place at all costs.

   What an amazing and friendly team! I’ve had my laser hair removal here and all the staff are so helpful and professional. Shiva took time to explain everything and consistently made sure I felt comfortable during every session. Would definitely recommend!
