“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“Absolutely perfect! We hired Once Upon a Wish for our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was the best decision. “To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Just dining here now with my girlfriend. We had some absolutely lovely dishes. My king prawn jalfrezi was beautifully done and nice and spicy. The lamb chops are probably some of the best I’ve ever had and they’re huge! The staff are very friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere. Would recommend!”

“Good swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Gets understandably busy during school holidays so best to avoid those times! Plenty of changing cubicles, enough lockers and there are private showers and some hair dryers. Coffee shop has good selection of sandwiches and paninis which staff are happy to heat up. Some swimwear and accessories are available to purchase in the reception area. Plenty of parking.”

“Amazing family swim in the lagoon pool and totem splash pad. Recently visited with our 18 month old who loved it so much. The centre was very clean and modern. £1 returnable for the lockers. The temperature was warm as was the water so she could splash about for a long time and didn't get cold at all. There was free parking also. What an amazing experience well worth travelling to if out of area.”
