   During my visit last Sunday, I encountered a highly alarming situation: there were numerous worms on the floor outside the steam room, which staff also witnessed. This was extremely distressing, especially as I have previously suffered from ringworm after using their facilities—an issue I had already reported. The condition of the steam and sauna area are becoming unacceptable, and it is clear that the hygiene standards throughout the entire facility have declined significantly. The changing rooms, toilets, and general environment are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Sadly I will miss lovely people that go there but it's time to invest elsewhere. No cleaners onsite, flirs everywhere. I can't do it....

   When visiting this swimming pool I’m absolutely shocked to see the life guard not paying attention!!! The life guards looked dazed and not focusing on the swimming pool This is shocking to know as they are supposed to be watching what is happening

   Not happy with the service at all. My son is disabled and holds a badge stating that he requires to use the toilets. I asked the young man at the door at the time if my son cam use the toilet and he told me "No". I explained my son has a disability and has a badge stating that he would require the bathroom. He then very rudely told me just this once and don't ask again. So I ask about SEN swimming lessons and he had no clue of what I was talking about. He wasn't helpful at all and very rude towards me and my son. I wouldn't advise asking for help from here as it seems like he wasn't willing to help or understand my sons needs. Please not my son is only 6 years old.

   I attend this leisure centre on sunday evenings where there is a group who book the centre for men only (mostly muslims). This centre has progressed for the better over the years. It has a gym on the second floor, a large hall that i suppose is used for fitness courses, 2 swimming pools (a shallow kids one and i think a 2 metre one for adults). There are also 2 saunas (steam room and sauna).

   First time visit with granddaughter. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. ladies shower was to hot and conversation in sauna was very loud hard to relax

   I've been going swimming, exercising at the gym, and attending fitness classes at this centre for a few weeks now. Overall I am happy with my membership. Staff are friendly. Other members are open to striking up conversations. Pool: The swimming pool and sauna/steam rooms are great. My only complaint about the swimming pool is that half of the swimming lanes are usually reserved for classes. Gym: Equipment is okay. I usually come in the mornings so it's no wait really. Classes: There are a variety of interesting classes to try, e.g., yoga, HIIT training, body conditioning, Zumba dance, mindfulness, etc.
