Be careful when signing up for βleave when you wantβ monthly gym membership. I have had debt collectors ringing me because I cancelled my direct debit. Had to pay an increased fee. Been using the leisure centre for 30 years and I wonβt be stepping back in the place out of principle.

Went to soft play with kids. Fantastic staff inside the cafe area with the man in there going the extra mile to bring us juice and in the staff in the soft play bit were just as helpful. The facilities themselves were great and kids had a great time. However only downside is that the queue times for helmets on the slide seem to be high and the queue and waiting times arenβt very clear.

Amazing family swim in the lagoon pool and totem splash pad. Recently visited with our 18 month old who loved it so much. The centre was very clean and modern. Β£1 returnable for the lockers. The temperature was warm as was the water so she could splash about for a long time and didn't get cold at all. There was free parking also. What an amazing experience well worth travelling to if out of area.

What an incredibly fun place for kids and even adults! The inflatable pool is a big hit, with lifeguards on hand (who were splashing the kids as they laughed and screamed away!). The toilets here were clean. There is a cafe here too, it is spacious with lots of seating. There is an open swimming area which seemed to be very popular on a Saturday afternoon. Staff here were welcoming and friendly. Parking is free for 3 hours upon registering your car registration using the machine inside. Lots of parking spaces. An awesome place to visit!

Went to Maidstone leisure centre today with my son to celebrate his classmates birthday. There was a soft play and really good slide present which the kids really enjoyed. The centre was hot on safety so all the kids going down this slide had to wear helmets. Was enjoyable with an area for parents to sit down and watch the kids play.

Brought my neice down for a swim at 10am Tuesday. Was told the fun pool won't be opening till 4pm, only lane pools open. Bit disappointed but thought okay we'll go in the fun lane. Walked through to see the fun lanes are closed for swimming lessons?! So only slow and fast swim lanes. How is that any good for kids? Just see two women with little kids get chucked out the fun pool, obviously wasn't told it's only lane swim as I very much doubt they'd brought their toddlers down for the lane pool. Thing is the price of swimming is expensive, and what are we paying for exactly?! Not even half the pools are open?! It's just as bad at the weekend, okay fun pool opens at 10am weekends but the rapids aren't open so once again half the pool shut. It's such a shame as I've been coming here since I was a young girl and I always remember it being so great here. It's just continued to go down hill and I don't see it getting any better at this point. I'll give one star for the free parking.

Very disappointed! It should be a family swim until 6PM we came at 4:30PM some things were off already like little kids pool and jacuzzi. Water was cold. We have been warned that it is cooler than normal but after we paid. The things my 5 year old wanted to play with (splash area was turned off at 5:15. Music was loud and horrible. We had 4 life guards standing around the pool and goofing around waiting until we leave. Water was cold and dirty. Things were floating around in the pool. Swimming pool toilets stink like sewage. I'm definitely not coming back.

It was a fab afternoon. I went with my daughter and two grandsons. One of them has been learning to swim there with his school. He has been six times and I was shocked at how well he can swim. I'm am so proud how far he has come. So it was lovely to see him swim so confidently. One super proud nanny here.

Bit disappointed with the fun pool. Lazy river wasn't working. Wave machine & flume were ok. Kids liked it but liked the Polar experience more. Pretty good value for money. Car parking is free. Not allowed to takes photos of the pool.
