My partner and I treated ourselves to a massage on Christmas Eve and we had an amazing time at Bridgewood. I chose the back massage followed by a facial and scalp massage and it was fantastic, my massage therapist (Jess L) was super professional and definitely knew her stuff, it was the best massage I’ve had in ages! My partner also thoroughly enjoyed his back massage and noted the therapist identified and focused on problem areas - we both felt great after. Thank you so much to all the team, we’d love to come back again soon :)

Company Christmas Function and overnight stay! Welcoming staff and lovely setting. Spacious comfortable seating area in bar and lobby to sit as a group or couple. Spa area lovely and fantastic swimming pool. The function room was well set up and service top notch! Room was very comfortable- big king bed; lots of cupboard and drawer space; bathroom good - shower over bath good pressure. And lots of counter space to put all bits and pieces out while getting ready. Would love to visit again

I don’t do spare much and this was amazing . Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind

Hotel seemed lovely, was not aware before coming there is a £50 hold on your card when you arrive thought i would of been advised this prior to arrival when i was sent a welcome message on booking.com but was not. The room was not the same decor as i booked however it was lovely the beds were very comfy i did sleep well. It does get rather warm on an evening i slept with no duvet all night. Walls seem thin, i could hear every switch being turned on and off in the room next to us and although not the hotels fault. The customers were very excessively clicking them over and above over which was odd. Overall i would stay again its well located and perfect for what we needed.

This is really a very nice Motel, I've stayed here three times when working in Chatham. A little tidying and maintenance is due here and there, but certainly nothing wrong at all to put a person off. Food is gorgeous. A must try is the Bavette steak as it is lovely.

Pleasant and friendly staff, they all seemed happy in their work . It was extremely clean in all areas. I really enjoyed the sauna and steam room, the pool was good but would of been better if it had been warmer as it was somewhat cold. I was surprised that there was no bottled water in the bedroom, even small b&b’s I’ve been to had this, I don’t like tap water. I was also disappointed with the tea tray with the lack of selection of tea and coffee, also the amount, just 3 tea bags , we had to ask for more twice. The restaurant had lovely staff, the carvery on Sunday was brilliant, and the other evenings a good choice of menu. I would recommend this hotel &spa.

My family and I lived nearby and use this hotel as our local pub and often as our personal posh restaurant. The food is delicious and I think well-priced, the bar food which we've also had regularly, has a good selection and is usually much quicker. Having had a few meals in the restaurant it is far to so the waiting style is relaxed, it's not the fastest, the waiting staff don't pester, and if you were expecting high quality attentive staff I'd try elsewhere, but if you're looking for a relaxed, friendly and tasty meal this has it just right. Looking forward to our next visit

Smallest steam sauna I have ever seen, but swimming pool water was nice and warm. Usual rip off hotel bar prices, food and breakfast all good though. Staff friendly and attentive, rooms clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Overall a great few days stay

Booked an overnight stay with spa treatment including a full body scrub, massage, and a facial. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package and they catered for my dietary requirements. The spa treatments were very relaxing, with the therapists asking questions and being very informative. Access to the gym, sauna, and swimming pool was included in my stay. The rooms were clean and room service was quick. There were lots of choices for breakfast and dinner and there was a coffee machine. Will definitely consider coming back in the coming year hopefully for a longer stay!
