   I felt like I was on one of those planes where the seats are packed as close as possible. Very uncomfortable. There was no staff present to check if we has the tickets or not. Good part about this cinema though is that the facilities are clean.

   We were attending the Exciting Escapes escape room yesterday and we arrived a bit early, it was heavily raining outside and we were tired so we sat down on the floor by the venue to wait. We were only inside 'Grants of Croydon' for 5 minutes before a nasty jobsworth security guard shouted at us over the speakers to 'LEAVE IMMEDIATELY' threatening us for daring to wait for an event we were attending. If you want people to visit your run down dilapidated amusement area and have a good time maybe stop being openly hostile and ruining our afternoon. The Escape Room was great, though, this is a review of the place its situated in and it's awful, sort out your useless security guard.

   Giving 3 stars cause it can do halfs. Staff were polite and helpful however no food service on the 1st floor and the escalators leading to the 2nd floor was closed so had to use the spiral stairs.

   We went to see DC League of Super Pets . We booked online but found the collection machines were not printing when we arrived, so had to go to the counter anyway. It was very quiet. Escalators were not working. And it wasn't particularly clean. Not the Grants I used to know.

   A huge Vue cinema with multiple levels and screen, it also has a Weather Spoon's pub on the ground floor, the cinema is very comfortable , the staff are friendly and polite, the unfortunate thing is the people who attend here are loud and rowdy.
