First time visit and felt comfortable throughout, Katie was lovely and friendly and I liked that I could have a laugh with her! Already feeling better after first session and looking forward to the next one already :)
Ciara gave me a very thorough and relaxing facial and massage. I very much enjoyed being pampered. Ciara also gave me a pedi and manicure. Again a lovely experience and the results are very pretty fingers and toes. Shame I live so far away or I would definitely be a regular customer.
This was my first ever time having a Hollywood wax and visiting the salon. I was super nervous but Ciara was so lovely and put me as ease as soon as I walked in. She explained everything so well and often reassured me. She also did a really good job at distracting me and keeping me taking. The treatment was much quicker and less painful than what I had imagined - I was so shocked at how it went so well and fast. I have my next appointment booked even though when I first arrived I thought I wouldn’t be able to do this frequently. Thank you SO much Ciara!
such an amazing place and staff. I took my mum here for a massage with Alysha as a little birthday treat, she loved it so much she’s certain she will come back. even as a little tag-along I was treated with a lovely coffee whilst waiting

I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived and felt like I was in confident hands under Alysha's care. I had a leg wax that was done very quickly and thoroughly. (Can't ask for more with that!) I then had a facial that was heavenly! The heated bed, being under the covers and the room being so well set up (dim, soft music, etc) all added to a really wonderful, relaxing experience. I feel like Alysha took note of my skincare needs and used the right products for me. It was clear what steps she was going to take but I enjoyed blissful quiet, eyes closed relaxation throughout. This was my second visit to Hazelwood and both ladies have been BRILLIANT so this shows an excellent team ethos and approach. I'm already booked back in again and can't wait!!
