   Took my puppy for his 2nd vaccination. Due to getting him in Wales, searched high and low for a vet who could provide the same brand. Bishopbriggs Vets booked us in within a day. My puppy was spoiled with attention to the point he never flinched at the jag. The receptionist was so friendly. Despite being a late appointment, we were not rushed at all. Despite not living in the area, decided to keep my pup registered and to travel for appointments. All staff are a credit to the practice.

   Great staff, take both my dogs here as the previous vet told me I was exaggerating and there was nothing wrong with my dog. Took him here for a second opinion and discovered he had heart worm which they treated instantly and he became a new dog again within 24 hours. Very happy with this vet, a tad more expensive than the regular chain vets(nothing major) but so much more worth it with the level of care they gave my dog and still do to this day every visit! Great people and always happy to help. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

   We’ve been taking our 9 month old Labrador puppy here since she came home at 8 weeks old. They’ve always been amazing. She had a little accident with her baby canine tooth when she was about 4 or 5 months old and she was in for consultation the next day and an extraction surgery was scheduled for the Monday (as she was seen on a Friday). We were so grateful for such a quick turn around - despite the challenges of the pandemic her being in pain was the most important thing for the vets. Recently she was in to be neutered which went really well. Unfortunately, having had these ops, she’s now quite nervous of the vets but even that is absolutely no problem. Each of the vets we’ve seen tells us not to worry about her nerves and will work with us or will ask for assistance from their nurses as required, keeping us, and by extension our dog, as at ease as possible. Cannot recommend enough. We’ve also had nothing but great experiences when it comes to them working with our insurance company - nothing seems to be too much hassle. We’ve now moved 35 minutes away but still travel up to Bishopbriggs vets because we have been so impressed with their care. We know our pup is in good hands with them!
