Complete joke with useless staff. Put me under so much needless stress at 39 weeks pregnant. Told me it would take a week for my cats blood test results then took nearly 2 weeks of me calling to get them back after being delayed. I was sick with worry. Then took my cat to get spayed today, 5 hours later received a phone call saying she couldn’t be spayed due to emergency operations… so why keep her all that time?? Got there and the vet was so rude and ignorant. They had been told so many times I am extremely pregnant and were trying to reschedule my appointment to the date my baby is due and at a totally different location. Wouldn’t waste my time or money. extremely expensive and that’s if you can actually get the service you are trying to pay for. Terrible communication. Completely useless staff.

Prompt professionalhelp for me and my puppy. Always treated as individuals we left reassured that everything was okay.

The guys do their very best to help and understand the needs of both pet and owner.

Friendly, informative with the care of my daughters pet hamster Jellybean. She was treated and handled with care. Excellent service.

A nightmare! I got nothing but the runaround for three months. They never secured my dog's records from my previous vet claiming they couldn't open the file but they'd try again, still couldn't open file but would sort it and ring me back (they didn't) and finally they suggested I chase it up. Three wasted months. I've easily registered her with another practice thankfully.

I requested a prescription from the vet as they were charging £43:34 for the exact same medication available online for £19:99. More than double. I called them at 9:30am, I wasn't informed they worked a half day on this day and I would be called back later in the day to collect the prescription. After no callback I called them at 3pm to be diverted to their sister practice, The Roundhouse, only to be told Pets and Vets were closed and I'd missed their call at 12pm. I went to the Vets for Vets surgery the next morning and after confirming my mobile was correct on their records and showing my call history had no missed call from this, I was blatantly lied to by the receptionist as "a glitch in the system ". In the end I paid the extortionate price as my dog was too distressed to wait any longer. My second visit to Vets for Vets and my last, more interested in profit than animal welfare. Blatantly greedy.

Buddy needed his claws trimmed. He also has chronic tummy problems and had not been using his litter tray or eating. The girls managed, unlike previous vets, to subdue him long enough for the nail cutting and examined him and found he had no problems. Next day, of course, he was eating heartily and the results produced. lol. The staff are friendly, patient and kind. Not the trauma we feared for our rescue boy.

Fantastic vets! They've were amazing with our two kittens, especially when one wasn't well (and the packages are insanely good value). We have also started using them for our french bulldog and they've been amazing with him especially considering his phobia of him getting his nails cut. The emergency service at the roundhouse is also something we have had to use and cannot fault them either. Every member of staff we've come across at this practice and the other practice in the same chain have been great would highly recommend.

A fantastic locally run vet practice. Great service, parking is not an issue, prices are good and the access to more specialist procedures is amazing. We as a family are more than delighted to be using this vet practice for the care of our two dogs.
