   Great customer service in the yard from Dan but sadly incompetent staff member at the sales counter I believe named jack ruined my experience shopping here with poor customer service and zero knowledge of products or pricing, would not recommend not using this branch.

   Waited an inordinately long time for someone to get my order. In the end I went into the yard and got it myself. Advise sorting your security out as well as other staff.

   Valuable building merchant in the heart of Bath easy to use and get in there unless it's busy or taking deliveries but friendly staff and plenty of choice. For outside goods order at the counter first then take receipt to yard guys who bring the stuff to you.

   I really do like when a company cares about customer experience and tries to right a complaint. I had a timber delivery that was damaged. The guy at the local store there could not have been more polite and helpful. As local Bathonian you have a happy and loyal customer !

   Timber!....has a wonderful smell. Not much can beat the smell of sawn wood. The staff are great. Know their products and are very aware of the covid19 rules. Felt totally safe.
