   No prices on the shelves that I'm not sure is even legal in the UK. Bought a soil stack part that I had to ask the price at the counter. Got a good price so I took it. Next day I bought another of the same part only in different colour and it was double the price than the day before. After I found an alternative a lot cheaper next door in Toolstation I returned the overpriced one for a refund. Few days later I returned another part that was surplus to requirements only to get told that if I keep returning stuff I'll be charged a restocking fee. I know my custom won't be missed but I'll rather go elsewhere in the future.

   Terrible service! Ordered a door online that was to be delivered direct from the manufacturer in 3-5 days. A week later nothing. Several calls over several days and I finally got my door 2 weeks after ordering. When you order something online, you don't expect to have to chase them to fulfil the order. No apology, nothing.

   Worst customer service ever. Left to stand waiting for 15 mins without even an acknowledgement that I even exist. Finally served and told to see the guys outside. Go outside nobody there left to wait again. After trying to get a refund they come out to get my items. 3 times we confirmed that the item they gave me was correct as it didn't look right. Yeah yeah thats the right one was the response. Go back to jobsite and its the wrong one. This was my first time using Buildbase as a trial run.... Guess what its also going to be the last.

   The most disorganised place I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re a delivery person coming in, you will be waiting for ages to be unloaded and told to park illegally on double yellow lines!!!! Should have a times slot system to avoid the queues and you being parked illegally, or get on with getting you away, so not to cause the back-log in the first place!!! It not like they haven’t the room!!
