   This is one of the best tools shops in Bristol The management team on site is very helpful and there is a nothing too much for them in order to help out. I’d like to compliment the whole team, but Dale especially has managed to find a solution to help me out, especially when I run a multiple businesses and are very busy.    Screwfix Yate is ideal for any Handyman, Professional or Amateur. The shop is open later than Toolstation across the road which is a bonus if you are strapped for time in the evening. It is great that you can check Screwfix stock online before travelling. Customer service was good and courteous. Parking no problem. They now have self service terminals instead of the old paper and pencil slips which they used to use. Beats B&Q hands down for price and stock availability.

   Staff always friendly and fast at getting the items or if they don’t have it, decent knowledge on alternatives they may have in stock which is very helpful. Last week i bought last 5 items of something and the young lady went the extra mile to see if she could locate one of the items which was mis-placed. In other stores they normally just say cant locate it and cant be bother but to be fair to her she found it and saved me! top work. only negative would be the flooding outside the store which seems to always happen and not much is done about it to correct it happening! HQ if your reading this sort it out for them so customers can get access when its heavy rain. here is a picture. Even so still not gonna drop the star! defo deserve a 5 star from me.

   The store is great. The staff are helpful. Best to order online for pickup. Easier than ordering in store currently as there are no terminals, but you can order there if you need to. Parking remains a pain in the neck with only 2 spaces, officially, so vans block you in, park I considerately etc all the time. Not a lot they can do, but aggrevating.
