   We have just received a delivery of a piece of furniture via Ash Logistics. Isaac and Michael were the 2 gentleman who delivered it. They were absolutely brilliant, they not only unwrapped the item, fitted the legs and marble top, then cleared away all the wrapping. I cannot speak highly enough about this company ot their workforce. Thank you gentlemen

   As someone who works in the logistics sector, I was pleasantly surprised to see another company go back to the basic fundamentals which is fast, friendly and efficient freight. Having used them twice now, every single time I had courtesy calls and emails allowing me to know exactly when my order would be delivered. The delivery guys were exceptionally professional, polite and helpful. Service like this you don't get very often these days. You should be proud of your employees going above and beyond.

   I recently had a chair delivered by Cox & Cox. I was really impressed with this company. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!

   Amazing company! The process working with them start to finish has been brilliant. They made an effort to accommodate my preferred delivery date when they did not have to. The delivery men were perfect. I have a very awkward stairwell and they took the time to measure the space and assess the best way to get my item in before attempting. Then, they unpacked the item and moved it to my desired room AND took the packaging back with them. Some of the most well known courier services do not come close to this standard. Couldn’t recommend more!
