The cab driver collected the ladder and bought it around here, then he climbed up the ladder, he figured out how to open the window by figuring out a way to get round the safety valve on the window, after he had got the window open , he climbed inside of the house and came downstairs and opened the door for me. Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email.
