I expected a safe and reliable wheelchair transport service, but sadly that was not the case. The driver drove recklessly, braking harshly and speeding over humps without slowing down, which caused me discomfort and risk. I even had to tell him that he was hurting my back and needed to brake more gently, but he ignored it. On top of that, he was constantly on his phone while driving. I tried calling the company to complain, but no one picked up. Very unprofessional and unsafe service.
Really disappointed, as we chose to use 247 for outward and inward journeys to Stansted for a family holiday, agreed a price for both legs.The trip there was good, on time, charged what was agreed , the driver was a very good driver who got us there before time and was very courteous,(which is why they got 3 stars), then we arrive back into Stansted for the return journey to find out that they had subcontracted the job out to somebody else, who was charging us nearly £20 more, than what was agreed, was one of the worst drivers I have come across, stayed in the middle lane all the way at 60mph....on a motorway!!! and had no idea where he was going when we arrived back to Watford...and wanted me to pay up front before he even delivered the service!!! , not happy, won't use again
Ordered a taxi for 4.30am to take the family on holiday including 2 young children. They text us the night before to confirm and the driver didn’t turn up. No way of getting hold of them at that time, no one picked up their phone line. Nearly missed our flight. No apology call from the company.
Awful company. Had a taxi booked with them for 5:30am. Confirmation text sent to me. No one showed up. Got an uber. Owner called me back later in the day offered 50% reduction on journey back from Luton airport. Gave me his personal number. Called, text, whatsapped him. Nothing. Called office. Nothing. Would use A1 taxis, certainly not these jokers.
Cannot believe l was charged £25 each way for a journey of less than a mile just because l needed a wheelchair taxi
Great and friendly service. I needed to book a taxi to the airport for my elderly mother from abroad . In checking in to make sure the booking was in hand (and my mum not being easily contactable) they answered the phone immediately and the driver made sure to locate her at the collection point. Thank you!
Best Taxi Company In Watford By Far! Fantastic company always on time, friendly and competitively priced compared with other taxi firms in Watford. I wouldn’t use any other taxi company in Watford. I also like the app as I can see where my taxi is when I have booked one.

Friendly , Punctual , Great service We have used 247 Cars Watford on a few occasions booking their wheelchair accessible taxis and have to say the vehicles are amazing and clean and plenty of room in the rear for the wheelchair. Great service and nice drivers , would recommend highly to friends and family , see you again soon .
