   Ordered French doors from eurocell after having many quotes from other companies, found eurocell to be a lot cheaper and far better to deal with. Leah who sorted the quote and did the order was amazing to deal with. Will definitely be going back to them.

   Good quality products but customer service lets this branch down. Don’t bother calling the landline as it’s rarely answered. The branch manager is very nice and polite although it all appears to be in her shoulders. She’s the only one who puts orders in, if she’s not in or working another branch it doesn’t seem to get done. My order arrived partially damaged and although it was eventually sorted it wasn’t a quick process due to obtaining the stock. This branch seems to be understand and have a higher turn over of employees. I’ve been in branch and seen 4 employees on site, the branch manager serving customers and others out the back on there mobiles, whilst I stood in the store, in the queue calling the landline with no answering as the phone rings off the hook. Like I said, great quality products and a decent branch manager but the rest is to be desired..
