   If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired a skip through Kellaway Building Supplies in Bristol and made sure it was filled properly – no overfilling, everything packed safely and within the guidelines. Despite this, when they came to collect it, their team deliberately dumped a large amount of the skip’s contents all over our driveway. There was no apology, no explanation – just a total disregard for our property. This wasn’t just careless – it felt intentionally disrespectful. We’re now left with a huge mess to clean up that we paid them to take away. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re considering using Kellaway for anything – don’t. There are plenty of other building suppliers who won’t treat you or your home with this level of contempt. Avoid at all costs.

Particular shout out to both Rob and Cara who were excellent at putting the orders through and liaising with the delivery team to get it to us.    The best service in Bristol! The guys at kellaway builders on kellaway avenue went out of their way to help us accommodate old garden tap in need of attention. (It started leaking like crazy!) The guys were able to completely unscrew the old garden tap we brought to them and managed to assemble a special washer inside as the standard ones wouldn't do. Thank you so much for your help and quick thinking! So we were able to revive the old thing that nobody else could revive
