   Tile and floor have a beautiful selection of products. It was a nice discovery to go into their Bath shop for the first time today. Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide the material needed for finishing our Bathroom. Thank you for that! We will be going back there to choose some of their porcelain tiles for our patio. Great selection and good prices . I would thoroughly recommend.

   Our experience with Tile & Floor was deeply disappointing and far more challenging than we had expected. What should have been an exciting and creative process for our personal residential project instead became stressful and difficult. Rather than enjoying the transformation of our home, we faced unexpected costs, communication difficulties, and concerns regarding the quality of workmanship, including issues with underfloor heating and tile installation. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve these matters directly with the company, we were unable to reach a satisfactory outcome. Given the significant financial investment we felt it necessary to pursue a resolution through the Small Claims Court. We share our experience to encourage others to conduct thorough research before selecting any service provider.

   I love the kitchen-diner floor we had fitted; it lifts the whole room. It's solid (important with three boys in the house), attractive and super easy to maintain. The underfloor heating system has made a massive difference too - also recommended. Bar a couple of minor communication niggles I thought this company's service was excellent. They were approachable, provided good advice and delivered what they promised.

   Will, Dan and Tom have been simply brilliant. We started with a new floor in the kitchen, it was so good we then put it through the rest of the cottage. We added wall tiles and new carpets!!! Service , quality and price brilliant. Will in particular has been outstanding on his customer service, nothing has been too much trouble- even when we have been. Honestly can’t rate them highly enough

From start to finish it was an extremely impressive and professional job; everything that the company said they would do was carried out as agreed, from the initial consultation when helpful advice as to the best tiles for my small area was offered, through to when the tiles were laid in an efficient and careful manner. I would highly recommend this company.

   We recently used Tile & Floor on London Road for our bathroom refurbishment. We found Simon’s input at the design stage to be very useful especially with 3D drawings..! He helped us clarify exactly what we wanted in the new bathroom and suggested some design features we had not even have considered, including underfloor heating. My husband has difficulty with his mobility and finds the warm floor very pleasant. The tiles recommended by Simon’s team are brilliant and are very comfortable for bare feet which never become slippery, even with the new walk-in shower. Both wall and floor tiles clean very easily. The dual fuel radiator acts as part of the central heating system during winter and a heated towel rail in summer. When the element for the heated towel rail turned out to be faulty, Simon got a replacement sent to us in double quick time. The fitters he recommended were excellent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The more we use the bathroom, the more pleased we are with the way it functions.

   I've recently purchased an Oak engineered flooring and experienced excellent service from Tile and Flooring, who were very generous with supplying samples and ensuring we had the best fit for our home. I find I can buy most supplies via their workshop, which is always well stocked and located nearby the showroom. It's great to have good expert advice on our doorstep and the new website resource gives me great Inspo on current trends, which I frequently use when planning the other projects I have in mind!    Tile & Floor have influenced the design and feel of our house from top to bottom. The team were instrumental in finding not just creative solutions, but absolutely functional ones for every challenge and issue our space and interior design spec presented. We even tried on baths, so keen were they to make sure everything was perfect. The team worked with our tiler to ensure that what lies beneath our tiles is right, indoors and out, and will protect the tiles for their life span. They were incredibly flexible on timings and worked to ensure deliveries were smooth - our access is far from straightforward, and they liaised with the builders to understand what could and couldn’t be achieved. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Exceeding expectations is in the DNA.
