   This is one of the best branches I've been in, Amie on sales desk was very helpful and beat my jewsons quote which was a bonus! Definitely will be back. Also delivery driver was top bloke but unfortunately didn't get his name but would like to pass on my thanks for a smooth delivery

   One price at the shelf, different price after product scanned at the check out!! When I asked a customer service representative, he told me that this is their policy and that the prices displayed on the shelf are for "information" only. I might be outdated, but I've never heard of this before! A pack of door handles was £10.15 on the shelf and £11.75 at the till. And I am not talking here about the VAT, as the cashier said tried to convince me that the difference was coming from there... Instead of charging me £12.18, they charged me £14.10 and told me that this is the correct price because she scanned the product!

   I've used Selco a number of times in the past but the last weeks have been very disappointing Oct 1st I ordered 6x 4 panel doors and after 2 weeks I called to find the state of the order, "I'll try to get them from other branches and call you back", that afternoon "the product is discontinued" grrrr Today I order click-collect, wait 2 hours till I get an email saying order picked and ready, get there and the order is not picked. Then 2 guys work hard and get the order done in about 15 minutes with one product showing availability in stock but no one can find it. This is OK took a substitute, the subsequent refund and charge plus paper took another 10 minutes. So click-collect took over half an hour in store, sigh

   Good on price, Rubbish on delivery! Order Tuesday morning with next day delivery...then emailed saying Thursday. Thursday comes and nothing so call and am told will be with us Friday morning. Friday morning nothing, chase and told its Monday morning guaranteed before 10am...items arrive 3:30pm Monday. Total waste of time and thrown project way out! wont be using again. Time lost far greater than savings made on materials. Very poor customer service

   Best cafe in south Bristol. Great prices, spotlessly clean and super friendly welcome. Just up a few steps from the main warehouse. Came in here while waiting for my tyres to be done next door at Bathwick/Protyre. Recommended!

   Really bad customer service. Claire.... she does not know how to speak with customers. Really rude attitude. I dont recommend that shop. The shop manager Mark and Customer sales People they dont know how to speak with customers. They display one price and at the cashier they charge different when you ask why they blame you with very rude attitude. I will complaining to trading standarts about it. Really bad customer service.
