   Steve came to us towards the end of Covid. Steve is driven by the desire to do the best possible job and not just a superficial job. As deterioration was discovered Steve brought it to our attention and explained all the options. We trusted his advice thoughout and wanted the best possible outcome. He also brought to our attention that our small flat roof section was unsafe, despite it's supposed 25 year life. He replaced the roof with a modern, hi-tech rubber roof and enhanced the insulation at the same time. Steve is diligent and professional. Highly recommended.
