   Picked up a few items today, was helped by a till lady named Karen. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shopfloor was also visably neater and tidier then my last visit and was able to find what I required much more easily.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but today's experience certainly warranted me taking a few minutes of my time and leaving feedback. I was in contact with 4 people on today’s initial visit. Every one was super friendly and very helpful, without being false or appearing to just be going through the motions. I was even approached to see if I needed assistance, which I did and the issue of an item that showed as being in stock, but wasn’t, (through nobodies fault), was resolved beyond my expectations. I also had to return later in the day, as the fence posts I purchased were too short for my requirements and longer ones were required. Again the two staff that I encountered were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and first class and swapped them over without an issue. You have exemplary employees, which suggests a great working environment, which in turn results in a great customer experience.
