   Unhelpful and impatient. Bought some metal sheets a year ago and experienced heavy condensation this winter. No warning was give that this might happen when I bought the sheets. Went back to ask for advice on how to remedy the situation and the staff were dismissively and unhelpful and completely unwilling to work out a solution. If you are anything but a professional metal roof fitter avoid this place

   Sadly had a bad experience with Matthews removing our asbestos. They seem to have no regard for health and safety - they left behind fragments of asbestos in our drains - they damaged another asbestos board which could have been left intact but we had to pay another company over a grand to come and fix their mistakes. Would not recommend to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the price tag - you will end up paying twice to get it sorted.
