   First order wasn't the best but Garry redeemed himself so now 5 stars. First order.They charged me carriage to have a item delivered to them. Also charged for delivery to my address which was wrong as my order was over £250. Took nearly 3 weeks, 22 emails and 5 phone calls just to get my order delivered. Only compensation was the refund of the carriage and an unsympathetic "sorry". The manager was asked to step in but kept pushing it to the sales person who caused the problems. Their prices are competitive.

   Staff were friendly enough, but they didn’t seem to be very organised. Left hand not knowing what the other was doing. Not the most traffic friendly trading estate either.

   Dangerous place to visit or to work at .....the fork lift driver has no more brains than he was born with and endangered everyone and everything in car park, terrible driver to fast and doesn't give dam somebody's going to be injured it just a matter of time health and safety seems to be last on the list......long wait for paperwork avoid if you can
