   I have been a customer with collier and brock for years, have attended the Troon surgery as well as Irvine surgery My x2 shih tzu dogs are well looked after every time i attend, On Friday Milo was in for his booster and also getting bloods done, the lovely lady vet plus her 2 young trainee nurses were so good, Milo was loving all the attention So thank you for a lovely Friday visit and thank you to all the staff

   The staff are friendly and helpful. The vet tried to put our nervous cats at ease. The only downside is the cost of treatment,etc. But I think it’s the same everywhere

   Top class service from both practises Troon & Irvine. In 2022 my springer came in with cruicate ligament injury and the vets at Troon went above and beyond for him. My other dog Freya was in 2 weeks ago having major surgery on her mammary glands and the vets at Irvine practice have been exceptionally amazing! Keeping me informed throughout the surgery, regular post op check ups, and just genuinely lovely people who are always excited to see my pets. Both practices go above and beyond and I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pets now! Thank you so much again team xx

   We’ve been using these vets for well over a decade. Years ago they were fantastic when our ageing dog had a terminal tumour and all our dogs and cats over the years have had brilliant treatment for anything minor or more major. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. Some reviews are saying expensive...I don’t know about that but I would say even if that is the case these guys are still great value for money given the level of service and care

   Fantastic vets. Reasonable prices and more than willing to accommodate a scared pet (ie. Arranging an appointment where there will be no dogs around, usually first thing in the morning). The vets and staff truly care about the animals and its evident in their care and handling of animals. Location is central with access via various bus routes. It also features a carpark so no concerns with car spaces

   Very friendly and professional, my dogs love David and that's not any easy task especially for my older dog, felt at ease and very calm and know that they are in good hands and with a vet that I trust, thank you for your genuine kindness towards animals.    Initially helpful on registration after moving here but couldn't get my poorly dog in to see them for 3 days which is unacceptable so told them I would need to find another vet. No other solution other than "ok then". Surely there must be emergency appointment system ? If there was then this not discussed and my pet not seen. Well that's 7 pets they won't be getting at the practice! In contrast the alternative couldn't have been more understanding and helpful, as this one should have been!!
