   I've placed a couple of delivery orders through Robbins Timber, and each time they've really gone above and beyond to help me (and to resolve a couple of issues that arose). One of the main reasons I initially chose them was their ability to source and sell lightweight poplar ply in various thicknesses, which many other timber companies don't offer. On a recent order, there were a couple of issues with the timber, so I emailed them directly with a few photos. Within 10 minutes, they'd called me, worked out a generous solution. I feel very satisfied with their help and service and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone else needing timber delivery. Thanks particularly to Aaran. :)

   First of all, the timber is the best quality I've ever purchased, and has been consistently so over 3 relatively large deliveries. Second, the staff are extremely polite, helpful, and professional. And finally, a massive shout out to the 3 different drivers who have had to navigate down our tiny one way street in Bedminster, yet always seem cheerful and not at all bothered! Couldn't recommend Robbins enough.

   Only company in UK to stock the Edwardian picture rail profile I needed. Very helpful on email and on the phone. 10+m arrived in Swansea exceptional well packed and in great condition. The timber was knot free and very well machined with no drop off on the ends, great product and fair pricing will definitely come back.
