   Jade was so nice and couldn't be more helpful. We brought our 3 ferrets to her for their first time away from us. She has a lovely set up with lots of toys and things to keep them occupied and stimulated. She spent time with us getting to know the boys and their routines before we left. The picture and video updates were brilliant and the boys looked so content and happy throughout. When we arrived to pick them up, they were still quite happy to stay and were climbing all over Jade for some attention. One of our ferrets is a rescue and doesn't quite warm to other people, but he seemed to love her! None of our ferrets seemed pushed in any way to come home with us! I would definitely be recommending Artemis Boarding, Jade obviously has a genuine love and interest in giving the animals the very best possible care and attention. Couldn't recommend enough!

   Our tortoise had a week with Jade. It was such a relief to know that she was being looked after by someone with genuine interest and enthusiasm for all animals. Jade kept us informed of her health and sent us pics regularly. We will be booking all of our tortoise's trips with Jade from now on!

   Artemis Exotic Pet Boarding was absolutely brilliant would highly recomend to anyone. Jade was 1st class with my beardie Ralph and cares for the pets unlike some places that take them in and dont bother with them. Kept upto date with pics and videos. Proper heat, lighting and keeps the pets well fed.Any time im working away or on holliday ill use Artemis. No option for 10 stars as 5 is not enough. Thanks again Jade Ralph will miss u untill next time

   My 2 boys spent 10 days with Jade whilst I was on holiday and think they are gutted to be back home! Jade's setup inside her home for ferrets was phenomenal and I was kept regularly updated with videos. Service was very professional, cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be using Artemis again and would recommend to all :)

   I cannot recommend Artemis pet boarding enough. My 2 ferrets have just recently had their first holiday and they had a fantastic time. With daily videos sent to us to see the boys playing and how they were getting on really puts your mind at ease and a boarder who just enjoys having them around makes it even better so definitely highly recommended.

   Jade provides an outstanding service offering fantastic 1-2-1 care which allows her to totally focus on our furbaby. She is so reliable and trustworthy giving us 100% confidence especially when we see the welcome Buster gives her knowing he is getting out on another adventure. Easily best service around.

   This is our second time using Jade’s services for a fortnight and yet again I could not be happier with her work! Our bearded dragon Balti was incredibly well taken care of! Lots of updates including photos and videos, you are never worried about your beloved pet when they’re in her care. Fantastic customer service, easy to find location, very friendly greeting! Balti looks better than ever. If you’re looking for a place to house your beloved critter while away then I highly recommend Artemis Exotic Pet Boarding, without hesitation! Will definitely board her again whenever next on holiday.

   Just had the most relaxing week on holiday. Partly because our girls ( ferrets) were looked after so well by Jade at Artemis. As an owner of ferrets, you really need someone who has had ferrets, or owns them, to feel really comfortable handing over your precious babies for any length of time. And from the first meeting we felt at ease and could enjoy our holiday knowing that Coco and Ushkha were gonna be cared for and loved whilst at Artemis. Lots of ferret stimulation, plenty of snuggle space, a huge dig pit and flint the resident ferret to say hi to!! We'll be seeing Jade again for sure.

   I cannot thank Jade enough for taking care of my 3 ferrets while we went on holiday. She's been great, she made sure she had all the info possible about them, their routines, likes, favourite toys, vet, etc., also so knowledgeable and caring as if they were of her own, she has got her own ferret which is a bonus and very reassuring. She sent loads of videos of how they were doing, they really enjoyed their stay, actually, the 3 were playing with each other and and I think having way more fun there than at home, especially my wee Kassia who usually shy and prefers playing and being on her own company or human company rather than playing with her brothers; Milo and Koda were delighted with all the fun toys and games she had, and, also, they found a new playmate, Jade's ferret! I will definitely be boarding my 3 little ones again in the future. Recommended 100%.
