   Fired Earth have great selection of wall and floor tiles and mosaics of all types and sizes to suit all modern and traditional interior designs. And most budgets. I have had the pleasure of working quite closely with Ceri, Eve & Sophie in the Clifton showroom for a few years now. They have great knowledge of the products on offer and are always very helpful and friendly. Placing orders is a simple process and I have not experienced any problems with stock availability, and deliveries have always been on time and easy to track. If you are looking for on trend and high quality wall and floor tiles, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving Fired Earth a visit.

   Excellent. First Class service service and would highly recommend. You have the option to collect your tiles in store or direct to your home and we've done both! Quality of tiles goes with the quality of service, we purchased three different tiles and product quality is a standard above the larger out of of town centres. To top it off we had a very personal service from Ceri and her team and they all couldn't do enough to help us out, there experience, knowledge, design and personal service was well above any other tile firm we visited. Highly recommend!

   TLDR = shocking customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is more aimed at their online shop and head office. After ordering a small batch of tiles, 80% were damage/not to up to standard, after complaining I was told to photograph each individual tile with the damage/defect and email it to them, 220 tile in total which took hours, they then agreed to a replacement which they wouldn’t send until the other were back in the warehouse, so took an age to get the replacements. After receiving the replacements the boxes where already damaged and on inspection the quality of the second batch was awful, way out of spec. Once again having sent them photo graphic evidence I asked for a refund. I was then told that I wouldn’t be refunded the delivery cost of £45, I then complained that the service was poor and that I am entitled to a full refund, they agreed to a full refund including delivery charge, however they then refunded part of my order, I complained again, got the money owed for the tiles but not for delivery. Still waiting for it weeks after the fact.

   Such personable and professional service from the staff at Fired Earth. I had the perfect number of tiles for my job, and unfortunately dropped and smashed my final tile. I called them and they bent over backwards to try and locate a replacement as soon as possible. They went so far as to call other branches and see if they couldn’t tie in a delivery to store by a member of staff themselves whilst en route to other places. I really appreciated this. If the manager is reading this, then know this kind of service with such thought and effort is very rare, and you can be very proud of your team.

   Absolutely terrible service from the store and head office. I ordered tiles to be delivered on a Sat morning and paid £40 for the privilidge only for the tiles not to turn up. When calling the store all you get are excuses and no action. I will never shop with fired earth again!
