Not helpful at all. Was looking to buy a roll of polysafe flooring for jobs in the area but as we dont have an account as yet, was told i cant purchase anything from them. Wont bother with an account due to poor customer service.

I was recommended to use this company but based on my experience I would say Don't waste your time. Cheap products at the detriment of customer service... Failed to put a basic order together without firstly ordering a roll of laminate flooring when I asked for LVT and secondly delivering it to head office when I clearly specified collection!!! Two wasted journeys later and I gave up. Words can't describe how let down I am with this company.
