Bristol Albert Road branch. Order taken by the manager, told 2 days. 9 days later, several visits to the branch, no calls from them, I got my order. It was wrong. A further 2 days to get the right part culminating in me not being able to take the item home as I only had cash to pay the £2.50 extra for the right part. Would be a negative star rating if possible as I have lost money, time and fuel whilst still not receiving my order
