Dangerous driving on the M25 in very wet conditions tonight. Your drivers are putting other road users in danger with their actions.
Driver hurled abuse at us while driving dangerously & attempting to manoeuvre across 3 lanes without indication or signalling. Shouted abuse through the window & inappropriate gestures from his window. Disgusting representation of the company & shameful dangerous driving with such a large vehicle. Nearly caused 2 accidents while distracted with shouting & gesturing.
The driver was extremely rude. I simply asked him to place the parcel just inside the driveway, but he kept coming up with excuses to avoid doing his job. It also took him two hours to deliver just five plates, and even then, he left them on the road. Very disappointing service — it’s unacceptable for a company to hire such unprofessional drivers.
Today we encountered such a rude and unprofessional driver! The large lorry from this company completely blocked our driveway, preventing me from taking my daughter to her A Level exam. When I asked the driver to move his lorry, he was reluctant and, with an attitude, showed no intention of stopping his unloading. Instead of accommodating my request, he shouted at me, "This road isn't yours; I can park here!" which was absurd. It wasn't until my husband came out and repeatedly asked him to move that he finally did so. Other neighbours also witnessed how this driver was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude and aggressive. It was very unfortunate to deal with such a person who, despite being in the wrong, chose to be hostile and menacing to people. If Google allowed zero stars, I wouldn't even give it one.
Today the driver of one of this companies vehicles decided it was ok to park up in the middle of the road to unload , despite there being room to park by the kerb. I politely asked how long he was going to be. He replied "As long as it takes" I asked why he couldn't park next to the kerb and his reply was "don't talk to me like that". He then advised me to £"&k off I am posting this to warn would be customers that using this company might lose the goodwill of your neighbours
This company delivered a pallet of tiles right to the front door despite the access being tricky. Driver was friendly and professional
This company delivered a pallet to our customer on behalf the pallet Network TPN - Our customer complained of an extremely rude delivery driver... Reading the other reviews it would seem they need to teach their drivers some customer relations. VERY POOR!!!
Avoid this company - On the phone they promised delivery on Saturday between 8-12 but didn't arrive and gave no notice that they weren't coming. On Monday they said the driver was ill but they refused to redeliver, saying it wasn't their responsibility, it was the driver's.
Not only was my delivery 3 days late but the driver was unapologetic, unhelpful, deceitful and rude in the extreme. In fact I have never seen - or heard - a worse example of a company employee. This review will not allow me to award no stars. Shame on you K & R Mason.
Avoid this transportation company. K&R Mason delivery my parcel, 50 box of engineering wood on the middle of the street, throwing the packages ouside the track. Very unprofessional driver telling is in rush and have no time for us. Avoid at any cost this trasport company.
