   I visited Screwfix in Portishead this morning to purchase an SX-CS5 White / Black Pressure Sprayer 5Ltr (7490X) which they had 5 in stock. The guy behind the counter got one from the warehouse and put it on the counter in front of me. He scanned it and the computer said Non in stock. So, Screwfix refused to sell it to me even though it was physically in front of me.........Has the World gone mad?

   Always helpful and go the extra mile, all the staff do. Items not in stock a problem sometime, but the ordering is efficient and next day normally.

   Small but they have a plumbing and electrical trade counter separate from the main store. Parking usually available and staff are always friendly. Doesn't stock EVERYTHING but if someone nicks your terminal driver its heaven sent!

   Bought too many items. Brought back in the original purchased condition. The voice from far told to the nice guy at the till that he can't accept the return....left items as a gift.....after spending more hundred of pounds in the shop this month the £8 return was not accepted...nice! Thanks screwfix! Felt a bit screwed today....
