    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY same issue as previous review, they mess you around for weeks put themselves in holiday mode on Ebay, say they are out of stock until it takes you out of your rights to a refund window then just ignore you. I have reported the company to CA, EBay etc but i am now going to have to go through a breech of contract with them. Please avoid as they will just take your money and you will receive no items for it.

    Really pleased with the service provided my Mad4Tools. Have never had any issues when placing orders and pleased with the competitive prices and fast delivery. However, to top it off, very surprised at how accommodating they were when I informed them that a battery had gone faulty. They contacted the manufacturers themselves and although they advised that batteries are not covered under warranty, out of their good will Mad4Tools ordered a replacement for us which arrived very quickly. It's very rare these days to get this level of customer service so I am very impressed and grateful towards Mad4Tools and their staff.

    I ordered a bench drill Press from this company at a price of £77.88 Inc VAT and delivery. 2 days later I recieve an email telling me the bench drill they have advertised on their website at Shipping & Handling £4.13 Grand Total (Excl.Tax) £64.90 Tax £12.98 Grand Total (Incl.Tax) £77.88 was damaged and I would have to pay £118.00 plus shipping. This would make the same product somewhat dearer than its competitors. This is at best poor service, and at worst a scam! They have my money. At the time of writing this they have ignored my emails requesting a refund. YOU WOULD BE MAD TO USE THIS COMPANY. their new name should be Bad4tools. Robert Stone

    Avoid at all cost! My whole experience for such a simple order has been fraught with terrible service. Firstly, they didn't dispatch my order for over 2 working days, and then seemed to advise the 2-5 day delivery period starts from the point of dispatch, when with any other order I've ever placed the delivery period starts from the day of order. When the order did arrive it contained a completely different item to what was ordered. Ok, humans make mistakes and occasionally pick the wrong item. However... They then demanded that the item was returned before they could dispatch the correct item. In all my memory, if a supplier makes a mistake they usually rectify it ASAP seeing as it is their error, and sort whatever happens to the incorrect item as a secondary matter. The general service and communication throughout was slow and very poor, not exactly making any effort to be sympathetic or just plain common sense at times. To cap off the whole experience, they promised some free gifts would come with the delivery of the correct item, but alas they again failed at the final hurdle! And just to clarify, I certainly do not classify a discount voucher, whereby I have to spend £135 to get £75 off, as anything like a free gift. I won't ever use this company again and suggest you avoid them too!

    I knew what I wanted a quick google lead me to multiple different sites, however, Mad4Tools had it at the best price (at least 50% cheaper than the other sites I'd been on). Ordering was straightforward/easy, delivery details/charges were upfront and well priced and super speedy; it actually arrived 2 days before I was expecting. The only reason I never gave it 5* is because it never stated anywhere that it came with a 2 pin, not a 3 pin plug, so I had to buy an adapter to be able to use the product.

    We purchased an item & not only did we not receive the item we only heard back when we chased up. Really Poor Customer Service. So disappointing & we will NOT be using again.

    As if it isnt bad enough I had to return the nearly £450.00's worth of lawn mower cause it was rubbish but... Absolutely rubbish customer services from Cameron and Joanna. I returned the lawn mower over a month ago and are still waiting a refiund. Promised it would be done yesterday afternoon, Then joanna told me it take 24 hours and now Cameron is saying 1 hour and still nothing. Refusing to let me speak with the accounts department and just fobbing me off. I'll never buy from here again and I would strongly recomend no one else does either. New in my life been messed about as much by a online suppler .
