    This store has dramatically improved in recent months. Truly hideous experience with an extremely rude member of staff whose behaviour was shocking and their manager wasnt much better, both seem to have left which is great. Other staff are utterly charming, friendly and always helpful. We are lucky to have such a nice store.

    Dreadful service, stood waiting to pay for one item for almost 10 minutes while two staff dealt with one customer and the other let people walk off to choose a card, while I still stood there!! Hence I left empty handed

    After the store charged me twice I contacted them only to be told by the manager Carol that I had to return to the store for this to be rectified. Carol was abrupt and rude and showed no care or understanding of my 2+ hour round trip to return, cost of fuel and having young children. Not even an apology. Thankfully I visited a different store local to me who refunded me and apologised on Carol's behalf.

    Nice store. Staff need to brush up on manners and polite appropriate behaviour. Looking for other things to do when people are waiting in the queue isn't a fun experience for the shopper. Also announcing you've just come back from your break and still chewing gum I didn't like the look or sound of someone chewing when being served. We were there today to collect an item ordered online for 1 day collection. It told us it would be ready from 2pm so we left home shortly after and arrived at the store for around 2:20 to which upon arrival we received a text from next to say the delivery would be late. Not only was this unsatisfactory to text past the delivery time that it'll be late. 1 wasted trip. Then.. when we enquired where it could be or when it was to be expected to arrive the staff were unhelpful and didn't offer any apologise about the late text. Since then we waited till 3:30pm and decided to ring the help line online for the order. To which their response was well contact the store and find out etc. To which they came back to say that there were so many orders today that the lady might not stay to complete them be used her shift finishes. Unfortunate as that is... We've opted for 1 day delivery paid a bit extra for the item then other places due to the reputation of next for their delivery and products and this hasn't been a pleasant shopping experience. It's put me off using the collection service. Sorry next but this service should have the little holes fixed then it would be brilliant. I'm a loyal customer and still continue to use next this experience was just particularly dissatisfying!

    Nice light and airy store plenty of free parking right outside the store. Wheelchair access to ground floor (ladies and child's departments ) not sure if there is a lift to first floor. Click and collect available here.

    Hi, I purchased an outfit for my son on the 9th December. I then needed to switch it for the larger size which I went and did that same day, your operative Jayne didn't offer to look for the correct size I required and it was only when I said can you check the stock room that she did so. I went to put the outfit in question on my son today and found that a 12-18 month top (the correct size) was tagged to a 3-6 month dungarees, I then took the faulty items back to your store in Imperial Park Bristol. I was served by a young man called Ashley who was very helpful however Jayne was working again and was not helpful in fact she seemed to smirk at the fact that the outfit I required was not in stock in the correct size and said well you'll have to go and get it from one of our other stores. With three young children and the Christmas shoppers I was pretty dismayed at this prospect but I got them to check stock availability in the two closest stores and was told that there were two of each at Eastgate Bristol and Gallagher retail park Longwell Green, I got your staff to check the closing time of these stores and was told 8pm. My husband then made his way over to your store at Gallagher retail park Longwell Green and on his arrival at 7:40pm he found the store to be shut. I am absolutely appalled by Jaynes attitude and delight at my expense, the store closing early a week prior to Christmas and the two incorrect items being tagged together. We have now made three separate journeys to your stores and still do not have what we require. Very poor!!
