What great customer service the duty manager served me. I needed help with getting a pipe to go under bath which i had no clue about. The duty manager took the piece i needed to replace sourced it and checked it was correct size and i had a happy plumber. Thank you

I am currently renovating my child’s bedroom and required some instruments, although unfortunately I was unsure as to which I needed. Thankfully, a wonderful member of staff, who I believe was called Max, aided me in selecting the perfect fixtures, fittings and tools for my ongoing project. Thanks to Max’s excellent knowledge and support, I was able to complete my project with success.
Wont’t price match B&Q as it’s not a competitor but within the same business group. Surely that’s even more reason to price match!
